Density, not volume.
Mass is the substance and depth that builds around the Identity Stem. It is not how much surface we occupy. It is how much stake we actually own: commitment with weight, history, and resistance to casual displacement.
In the framework, Mass also carries a relativistic analogy: mass as rest potential that can convert into real agency energy under coherent velocity along the stem (E ≈ m c² as inspirational formalization, not a physics claim). High mass without direction is inertia. Mass with coherent motion becomes force.
What we work on
- Owned stake: depth we can defend without performance. What would still pull if applause vanished?
- Density over spread: fewer domains with real weight beat many thin affiliations.
- Conversion: convert rest mass into agency by moving coherently along the stem (State Differential and Vision Gradient aligned).
Mass alone does not define identity. It gives the stem inertia and pull. Curvature warps possibility space around that weight. Gravitation is what others feel as attraction.
